What makeup would suit my new red/white top, read details please?

Today after school I bought a red top that is randomly spotted with white splashes, so it looks mostly but not all white. It has a big red ribbon under the bust and a low cut neckline. I am wearing it tomorrow for my school's Grade Nine Celebration Evening (I'm Australian so our school year's almost over), but I am not sure what sort of makeup would suit. I have light brown (mousy) hair with blonde streaks, green/brown eyes (they change), and I tan easily, if that is any help. I'm not tan at the moment, but not ';white';. Please tell me what colour eye makeup to use. ThanksWhat makeup would suit my new red/white top, read details please?
If it's mostly white, the red will be a dominant color. Keep your make-up simple and natural: stick with neutrals. Gloss your lips, but take a gloss that goes over your natural colors instead of tinting your lips (try Revlon's ';Toast to Shine'; or anything by Bonnebelle.) For the eyes, don't use any dominant colors. Use eyeshadow that is a few shades lighter than your eyelid skin. Use masscarra and even eyeliner, but don't apply them too heavily or you will shift attention away from the top and look overdone. Don't use shimmery eye make-up. But if you REALLY want to, make sure it's a few shades lighter than your eyelid and softly dap it and even it out before you leave (you don't want frosted eyelids XD!)

try white eyeshadow wiv clear lip gloss and long thick lashes
Usually what you are supposed to do when you wear red is match the same color red with your lipstick (this is called color synergy) and go easy on your other features. (light blush, natural-looking eyes with purple shadow because purple brings out the green in your eyes).

Also, get an intensity controller for your lips because if you're only in ninth grade, you don't want your makeup to look too heavy. If you use intensity controller and the same color lipstick as your shirt, it will still look like your lips and your shirt match, even though your lips are lighter.

Don't match your make-up to your shirt! When choosing your make-up colours, you really should be paying attention to your own colouring, not what you're wearing (and then once you've picked colours that work with your skin, hair and eyes, then you can see which one works best with your clothes, but really, good make-up colours shouldn鈥檛 have to be changes with your outfit!) I would go with MAC All That Glitters for a base shadow for your eyes and then either a navy linger (if you鈥檙e eyes are brown) or a plum or purple colour if your eyes are green (blue brings out brown and red brings out green, but red will make you look like you鈥檙e on drugs, so the next best colour for green eyes is purple and plum colours) Go with a more natural looking lip gloss colour that has a bit of shine, a blush that looks natural and a brown mascara and you鈥檙e all set!
Use creamy eyeshadows, dark mascara and eyeliner if u wish, pink blush, nude lipstick and clear gloss. For foundation, u can use powder
