What are the Top 10 makeup necessities for me?

I have fair to beige colored skin, no bad acne problems besides an occasional breakout, discoloring under my eyes, and thats pretty much it. i'm going on a huge make up buying trip soon and I need to know where i should start. I just need a list of things to buy. it can be anything- concealer, foundation, mascara, eye liner, lip gloss, blush etc.

drugstore is better, because the closest mall from here is 2 hours. :-(What are the Top 10 makeup necessities for me?
1) a concealer made specifically for under your eyes, then one made for belmishes

2) a liquid foundation, maybe you want one that fills in fine lines even if you dont have them

3) a finishing powder to set your makeup

4) a rosy blush, its a popular look for pale skin. Blend it into the apples of your cheeks

5) mascara. you would probably want a more neutral shade like brown, since you have fair skin. dont go for the jet black

6) eyeliner. again dont go for the jet black. a sliver or gold will make your eyes sparkle. a brown will draw attention to your eyes.

7) clear lip gloss. use it as an everyday look. it adds the finishing touch

8) a bold lipcolor. on most makeup sites they will give you a suggestion of shades for your skintone. or you could go to a makeup store and have them shade you for free.

9) make sure you take care of your skin before applying makeup. a makeup primer is essential. there are different ones for your face, eyes, and lips. find the one that is right for your skin type(mousturizing, oil absorbing, anti-aging)

10) something you may like to try after your done applying make up is a highlighting stick. you rub it on certian points on your face to bring them out and make them appear brighter. such as the top of your nose, under eyes, or cheeksWhat are the Top 10 makeup necessities for me?
you sound like you have pretty nice skin. I would suggest a green concealer, (yes green) when you have redness. Choose a concealer that's a shade lighter than your skin for your under eye circles. Make sure you put powder on your concealer to set it. then you can play with your eyes i guess with eyeliner, shadow, etc. for drugstore brands, i really like covergirl. their concealer works pretty well for me. :] loreal hip eyeshadows are great too. I think for powder you should get physicians formula. they're a little pricey for drugstore brands, but they work nicely. and i'm pretty sure revlon has a green concealer. if you want to see some makeup reviews go to makeupalley.com and just explore some makeup sites to see what would look nice.
What you could buy for the discoloring under your eyes, is a concealer cover-up stick by cover girl. After you apply your regular foundation, dot the cover-up stick underneath your eyes and blend it with a make-up pad. If you don't have one, use your finger and blend it.
you dont really sound like you need a lot of make-up! you have good skin anyway so why cover it up? mabye a light concealer for the discolouring around the eyes. and some eyeliner/shadows and lipgloss for nights out and stuff but i wouldnt waste a lot of money one make-up. be natural :)
