I dont know how to apply poweder makeup because there's these little tiny holes on the top?

i cant get enough powder out of the container becaue theres holes on the top and my face brush doesnt get enough powder off...the top dont come off eather so how can i get some out with those holes on it......do it tip it over or what?? plz help and i know the brush is the right one for that powder because it came with it....its from AVON Products .I dont know how to apply poweder makeup because there's these little tiny holes on the top?
ok put the top on without the brush, turn it over, and shake. Then you will get the makeup on the lid of it, and you dip the brush into that.I dont know how to apply poweder makeup because there's these little tiny holes on the top?
put on the cap, turn th container over to get powder out. then take the cap off and out the brush into the powder.

but YOU HAVE TO USE A BRUSH


and whole face brush- don't be cheap and buy a blush brush

[if your going to be cheap shop at the body shop it uses better ingridients and doesn't clog up your poors like avon does.. buy the brush there- i suggeset buying actually some what decent powder there too]
Well maybe you can tip it over on a cotton ball and then spread the powder makeup wherever you need to!!!
