if your skins oil use lose powder if its dry use press powerd but it depends on the type of skin + colour and what foundation you have if you have fair skin a light powder will look better if your skin is darker use a darker powder :D:) xWhats a good powder to put on top of makeup?
If your skin is oily, use a loose powder. If it's dry, use a pressed powder.
