For more fair skin, deep blue, smokey eye colors, and red lips create a nice affect on your skin. Since you're wearing green I think you should try out what looks better with the outfit. Or go with light eyeshadow and the red lips idea. Here's what I found online:

';Makeup trends change every season, with winter around the corner we share some of the major makeup trends. The focus is on red lips with soft smoky eyes shaded with silver, gold or charcoal. Dramatic lashes and some lip gloss. Softer shades with a metallic base and shimmering compact are becoming popular. The idea is to enhance your makeup, giving it a classy feel. While doing your makeup you need to consider few factors like the occasion, the outfit and your skin tone. If any of these factors don鈥檛 compliment your makeup it will look like a disaster.

We share some makeup tips for those with a fair skin tone.

1) The first step for this type of skin tone is to cover dark circles because they show up badly on a fair skin tone. Also cover blemishes, use a foundation as a base for covering all the imperfections. Remember to use a foundation which matches perfectly with the shade of your skin. Now dab your face with a pale face powder.

2) Use a pale pink and apricot blush for the cheeks. Avoid brown undertones, they may make your skin look dirty. Dark shades of blushers go well with darker skin tones, they don鈥檛 compliment light coloured skin.

3) Use cool tones of eyeshadow such as shell, grey, navy, slate and lighter brown tones teamed with black mascara to make them stand out. Fill your eyes with kohl pencil to finish the look.

4) The lipstick should be of soft pastel shades, do not use dark shades of lipstick since it will look too loud on fair skin. Do not make the mistake of applying a lip liner that is darker than the lipstick shade, always use a shade that matches perfectly with the lipstick.';
Well if you're blonde and have fair skin, I wouldn't go too dark in the blush... I'd go with rosey pink rather than a reddish shade... If you want to play up the lips, then downplay the eyes and go with a lighter color eyeshadow (maybe a peachy shade w/dark grey eyeliner) and for lipstick a darker color I'd say something a few shades darker than your natural lip color. If you want to play up the eyes, go with a green eyeshadow that is dark enough to stand out but not as dark as your shirt and go with a natural looking lipstick (like maybe a shade darker than your natural color). I wouldn't do striking eyes and lips together though, it's too much...just pick one. Your eye color and the time of day you're going out all plays a factor in that too but that's my random advice...lol

I would wear evening blush like coral color and smoked eyeshadow with a hint of green on the corner of the eyes and top it with rouge red with high gloss so that your eyes and lips be in competition of being noticed first!~ good luck and have fun :)

I think a light light color of blush and soft pink lipstick with a medium shade of blue eye shadow and black eye liner might look nice?
Do not use lip gloss and both heavy eyes shadow. Wear light colours it will look perfect.
