How to get the top off this makeup? help please! pic inside?

anyways the part where the actual makeup is theres this little twisty cap thing under the regular cap, and i tried twisting it and everything, it hurts my fingers and i cant get it untwisted, how exactly can you do this?How to get the top off this makeup? help please! pic inside?
i dont think you open this. i think you just shake it and it comes out where the brush is, or maybe you twist the bottom and shake it i dunno. i have a bronzer that looks like this and i dont open it. good luck!How to get the top off this makeup? help please! pic inside?
Tips For Use:


Use the unique Soft Brush Applicator for easy application.. Gently tap brush several times to the back of your hand to start priming the product. Gently sweep the brush applicator over the surface of your skin in a light sweeping motion. Slide the package sleeve up over the brush when finished and replace cap after each use.
don't you just push the end opposite of the brush? i think then the powder will just go up into the brush and you wont have to dip the brush in the powder or anything
i hope this helps but try some sort of vanish its in a pink bottle you can buy it at any supermarket
