foundation only has an impact if you are constantly red, i have a friends whose face is like a permanent tomato and she looks really different with foundation but other than that it's unnessisary

You eyebrows. Try experimenting with different shapes and you will notice how much it changes the shape of you face. A really good mascara will make your eye 'pop'!

1.lipstick or lip gloss - gotta have them to add color to the natural lip.
the eyes. they resemble alot and perhap cheeks n lips.. but i would say mascara eye liner eye shadow and shimmer stuff like that makes your eyes pop makes you look prettier in my opinion
mascara! if i have hardly any time and can put on one product its always mascara...
I'd say mascara, hands down. Unless you have dark hair and eyelashes...then I'd say...powder. It makes your face so much smoother looking.

Eyeliners, mascara, and foundation. Foundation gives the appearance of smooth, flawless skin (not when you use too much, it'd look ';cakey'; otherwise). Eyeliners enhance your eyes and make them seemingly bigger. The mascara goes hand in hand with the eyeliner.
the color of your eyeliner.. you can dramatically change your look by changing the color from black/brown to a purple/plum to a green or to a blue. also bronzer does WONDERS for people, and isn't used enough by people. When the bronzer is used modestly, and correctly, it really brings out the shape of your face, and if you have a bigger nose it'll really help draw attention to the sides of your face rather than the center of your nose. Also antoher thing that really changes the appearence is a light eyeshadow right underneath the eyebrow it hightens your eyebrows from your eyes and makes you look more awake. And last but not least... if you have dark circles - find a foundation that is a little lighter than the rest of your face... dab it under your eyes and blend into the rest of your face and you look way more awake and fresh! :-) Hope that helps.
I would say eye liner. Im a teen but look soooooo much younger when i dont wear my eye liner.
