Wearing a high pencil waist skirt and top need makeup help!!1?

i am going out into the city for the entire day and part night (with a guy hehehe) and need some makeup and hair help!!!!





my dress is a black high waisted skirt that really accentuates a small waist that reaches right under the bust and above the knee by an inch, and the top is a completely open collared top/blouse with short sleves in red. i am also wearing red high heels.





my complexion is:


skin: fair to light


eyes: hazel/green


hair: brown and is about 2 almost 3 inches shy of reaching the top of my butt.

What a cute dress! It really reminds me of the 50s, so keeping with that era, I'd go for a winged liquid liner. Keep the eyeshadows in a really natural color (something close to the color of your skin or a shade lighter), go for a light brown in the crease to give some definition, and maybe a light pink gloss (no red because it might compete with the shirt and look off). Looks like it would be a cute outfit I think that a very light smokey eyed look would look great with a black skirt and red shirt. They have great how to videos on youtube. As for your hair I would go with a half up pony tail with a hair boof (its hard to explain haha) you can also look it up on you tube. Good luck!!

Make-Up: Wear um natural eye shadow. And a soft red lip-stick.


Hair: Tie it up in a loose pony tail. Pull out some hair at the front to give a really messy but chic look.


Accessorize: Wear medium fake diamond studs, don't wear a necklace, a fake diamond ring, or else, A big blingy type of bracelet. choose one either the ring, or the bracelet.

SUPER CUTE! well from my past experience (my now boyfriend) advises me that he prefers woman with their hair down. i would maybe straighten it and wear a really simple, but cute headband. i would wear your make up light because you have a powerful dress on
